β οΈ Unboxing Video is Mandatory
An unboxing video is compulsory for all return and replacement requests. Without a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the product at the time of delivery, we will not be able to process your request. Please make sure to record your unboxing video as soon as your order arrives.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we are here to make it right! Here is what you need to do:
- Record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening your package.

- Our team will review your request and arrange a free replacement for you as soon as possible.
We believe in making things right β if the product is genuinely defective on arrival, we will replace it, no questions asked.
Products Not Eligible for Return
Please note that the following products are not eligible for returns or replacements:
- Hair Straighteners & Styling Tools β Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns on hair straighteners. However, we are happy to share that we have received zero complaints from our customers regarding these products β so you can shop with complete confidence! π
General Return Conditions
- Return/replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging (except in cases of manufacturing defects).
- Unboxing video is mandatory for all claims β no exceptions.
- Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing accessories will not be eligible for replacement.
